inventied has developed a modular and flexible Vario-Load-Rescue load carrier for rescue and disaster control organizations, which can be used in various trailer and container types. The Vario-Load increases work safety, time efficiency and ergonomics for those involved in the operation. It can beused optimally by the rescue specialist group of the THW and for search & rescue operations, among others.

Support and scaffolding systems

The load carrier contains all materials according to StAN from the field of scaffolding (EGS), wall and floor anchoring technology as well as scaffolding timber. The total load for all materials used comprises over 1,400 parts. The following examples show some of the constructions that can be realized with the Vario-Load-Rescue scaffolding timber and the EGS kit.

The Vario-Load-Rescue trailer body has been designed for the THW rescue team and is therefore ideal for this organization. Nevertheless, the load carrier can also be relevant for other areas if similar or even identical materials have to be transported. Feel free to contact us and we will discuss together whether the trailer structure is suitable for you.

The Vario-Load-Rescue load carrier contains the prescribed materials from scaffolding kits 2 to 5 of the THW scaffolding system, the associated supplementary kits and the ground and anchor rod kits of the rescue specialist group. In addition, further materials have been added that have proven to be extremely useful in the field. Statistical evaluations were used to determine the quantities to be carried for all input materials.

The weight of the load carrier together with the recommended input material weighs around 7.5 tons.
